Max Power Cleans
(pick a load where you do singles, around 75% of 1RM)
10 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Hang Clean and Jerk
Rest 60 seconds
The hang clean and jerks should be LOW weight &
Unbroken for all 10 reps every round.
The Burpees should be fast.
