Athletes: Sky High is a workout courtesy of CFNE.  It is a highly technical workout so we will take our time in the warm up to make sure everyone has a good progression to maintain the stimulus.  The Snatches can be in singles, but they should be fast.  Choose a load that is about 60-70% of your 1 RM Snatch.
