Athletes: The bike should be 2-3 minutes to start the workout.  We will stagger heats by 3-4 minutes.  For the workout we are combining Annie and Karen it should take 15-20 minutes to complete the middle portion.  30 minute cap on the workout today.

The clinic will be an hour and will take place in the back of the gym at Federal Hill. Completely free for IA members. Just show up ready to learn and lift!
