Athletes: Yesterday we pulled, today we squat.  Feel free to sub the OHS to a FS if you need to. For the Strength build up in load and use it as a warm up for the workout.  Each 2 round piece should be 4 minutes or less.  Choose a load where the squats can be done unbroken.
