With an Industry Athletics membership, you get access to our CrossFit, Drive and Capacity classes. Each and every class is lead by a coach who will be there to guide you and we pride ourselves on giving individual attention to every athlete. If you’re dropping in from out of town or would like to check us out prior to committing to a membership, sign up for a drop-in class or a discounted package of 10 drop-in sessions.
If you’re new to this style of training, we’ve got you covered. We’ll help you find the best option to acclimate yourself to the functional movements involved in CrossFit and spend 1:1 time coaching you up to a point where you can join regular CrossFit classes. Everyone Starts with 3 Personal Training Sessions for $50 per session. If you decide to start up after your three sessions we will credit $100 towards your first months membership! We also offer a free group-style prep class at both locations that introduces you to the foundations of CrossFit and takes the place of your first prep-course training session. This way you can check us out with absolutely no commitment. Register for your spot in our monthly free prep class at CrossFit Federal Hill or CrossFit Harbor East.
Our Personal Training sessions are all one on one with one of our expert coaches. You can schedule them at your convenience and go over personal goals with your specific trainer. All personal training packages come with a free In-Body Scan. The In-Body scan will track weight, skeletal muscle mass and body fat %.

Industry Athletics Prep Course is a three-session foundational course that is the precursor to becoming a member for those without prior experience. Each session includes 1:1 personal training where your coach will introduce you to the functional movements of CrossFit, answer any questions you have and set you up for success as a new member!
*Industry Athletics Prep Course is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience*
