Lisbeth always has wise words of wisdom.  The other day it was about getting your head “right” before jumping into a workout.  We know life is crazy, full time jobs get in the way of working out and getting here is a challenge in itself.  But, taking the time to get your mind right could lead to major improvement in your fitness.
