Gym News

We will be hosting an RWB workout on Saturday November 9th at both locations! Their Mission is to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.  If you know a veteran, bring them in for the workout!
The workout will be incorporated into our normal schedule.


Split Squats 5 on each leg 
5-8 Strict Pull ups after each set 
5 Sets 
**Build in weight on split squat 
**Add weight if strict pull ups are too easy


Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes 
200 M Run 
12 Burpees
Max Front Squats 

Fitness: 95/65
Performance: 155/105
Open: 185/125

Athletes: The focus is the strength today.  Finish with a heavy barbell and some running.  Challenging yourself on the load for the front squats.
