Athletes: The first 10 rounds might take longer than 1 minute a piece.  The second set of 10 rounds should be 1 minute or less.  And the third section should be a sprint.  Under 1 minute per round.  Fight to hit the time cap and choose loads and progressions where you can move.  Switch effeciently and quickly.  Today is not the day to go heavy.
