Min 2: 10 Toes to Bar

Fitness: 95/65 15 sit ups
Open: 155/105 (12 Toes to Bar)
Athletes: On the barbell today with some gymnastics on the side. For the first minute the 12/9/6 should take you about 1 minute. Then 15-20 seconds to shake out the forearms and hit toes to bar. Rest in the third minute so you can sprint the first minute again.
