Now’s a great time to make a comeback, or try out your first Sunday morning workout!
As of July 11th, we begin a new summer Capacity cycle throughout July and August! Starting and ending with a 2k Row benchmark, we will be alternating every other Sunday between monostructural interval days (e.g. 6 x 500m row repeats, equal work/rest) and multi-modal days of longer duration, slower-paced work (e.g. kettlebell swings, burpees, air squats and running all in one 30-40 minute workout). Don’t miss out on the fun and aerobic benefits! If you’re on the fence: remember, nothing says heart healthy AND pre-season open prep like building that endurance base. 🙂
