What: Five Weeks of…
(Re)Building Sustainable Nutrition Habits
Deconstructing Diet Myths 
Behavioural Fundamentals for No Gains Left Behind
3x/week: 20 min Accessory Workouts

When: Sundays 10:00-11:15 am 
October 17th, 24th, 31st, Nov 7th, 14th and 21st 

Meetings: Include learning, goal setting and group discussion before hitting one of the three supplemental workouts for the week. If you cannot make it on Sundays, it’s okay! A summary email will go out with all of the relevant info.

Workouts and Nutrition Goals: Released via private group track on SugarWOD. Accessory workouts will include core work, unilateral movements and sprint intervals. Some will be shorter than 20 minutes, some will be longer and all are designed to compliment your regular class workout schedule!

Pricing: $125 ($25/week)

Points will be earned for successful completion of weekly goals and workouts, with prizes awarded at the final wrap-up meeting!
