Coach Laura is running a Reset Challenge starting on Sunday March 14th. This is a six week challenge for only $60! In this challenge, you will focus on four categories: Nutrition, Aerobic Capacity, Accessory Work, and Recovery/Mindset. If you’re interested in joining, click HERE
Every week you will have assigned challenges for each of these categories! You’ll meet on Sundays at 11:00am to discuss the past week’s and upcoming week’s challenges and do a capacity workout together! You’ll earn points daily for completing these challenges and a chance to win prizes!
During the week, you’ll log your results for the challenges on True Coach, but we kick off the challenge with the in person meeting on Sunday March 14th!
