The weather is finally right for everyone’s long-awaited favorite: running WODs! Time to shake out the winter cobwebs and hone in on your running skills.

Join Coach Laura along with Jo and Nihal of FX Physical Therapy to learn a bit about bio-mechanics, practice technical drills, review injury prevention methods, and generally pay a little more attention to how your body moves through a gait cycle. 

Whether you’re trying to avoid shin splints, patellar pain, and hip issues, or come to class feeling more confident in your own running abilities, we would love to have you join us!
