Drive is a 60-minute high intensity group class without barbells led by an experienced group of coaches designed to target clients of all fitness levels. DRIVE will have you feeling refreshed and energized while you get stronger and burn calories with fun, fast-paced workouts customized to your level and goals.
At CFH we have an awesome group of trainers that loves to work with individuals outside of the group class to help them accomplish their goals. We have worked with all types of athletes and non athletes to help them accomplish weight loss goals, performance goals and an overall healthier lifestyle.
We start a new foundations course on the 1st Monday of every month. The course runs at 7:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for two weeks.

Each and every class is lead by a coach who will be there to guide you through the class. We pride ourselves on giving individual attention to every athlete during every class.
CrossFit Harbor East was our second location. We took over this space in late 2017. We have poured our time and effort into this community. It is a special place in the middle of the city.
CrossFit Federal Hill was our first location. We opened in late 2012 and have built a strong community of like minded people that are lead by our knowledgeable coaching staff.
