If you’re looking for a more individualized approach to your fitness, we offer personal training sessions led by our expert coaching staff. We have worked with all types of athletes and non-athletes to help them accomplish weight loss goals, performance goals, and an overall healthier lifestyle.

What Does Personal Training Include?
Goal Setting & Tailored Approach
When you get started with personal training, your coach will work with you to understand your goals and everything about your athletic history including injuries, previous gym experience, and more to build a personalized plan for your training sessions.
Expertly Coached Training Sessions
After setting your goals and plan of attack, your coach will lead you through your personal exercises and movements that include many of the elements that you’ll see in a typical CrossFit or Drive class.
You will be taught every movement including the intended stimulus, demo, and how to safely and effectively complete the workout. Your coach will also provide ample motivation and performance tips throughout your session.
Nutrition & Mobility Support
Your coach is also equipped to provide you with nutrition advice and mobility work that you can be doing to help supplement your training sessions and lock in your hard-earned gains.
We also offer more advanced nutrition coaching if you want to clean up your diet and fuel your body in the most efficient ways possible.
Personal Training Packages
Personal Training – Five Pack
5 personal training sessions with an Industry Athletics coach scheduled at your convenience. An Industry Athletics membership is not required.
$425 (5 – 60 Minute Sessions)
Personal Training – Ten Pack
10 personal training sessions with an Industry Athletics coach scheduled at your convenience. An Industry Athletics membership is not required.
$850 (10 – 60 Minute Sessions)
2:1 Personal Training Rates
Below are the rates for two people training with one trainer. This is great for couples or friends who want to pay a little less, but still have the ability to learn new skills and make progress with their fitness!
$120- One 60 Minute Session
$110- Five 60 Minute Sessions (Total- $550)
$100- Ten 60 Minute Sessions (Total- $1,000)

Industry Athletics Membership is not required for personal training, however most of our clients are active members who supplement standard programming in the gym with personal training sessions.
