In addition to CrossFit, Drive, and Personal Training, we offer several specialty programs tailored to help you become a more well-rounded athlete and take your fitness game to the next level.
Our nutrition coaching is offered by certified coach, Laura D. She’ll work with you on a specific diet plan and regular check-ins. At IA we take a hybrid approach to Nutrition. We believe that coupling nutrition with a good exercise plan is imperative to see success. Coach Laura has a Precision Nutrition certification and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. She will use her fitness and nutrition knowledge to guide you in the right direction for weight loss or muscle gain!

Capacity Class focuses on building aerobic endurance and helping athletes perform better with less fatigue both in CrossFit and other sports outside of the gym.
We will test your short, medium and long term range in this class. We will build off our mile times and our use rowing bench marks to set you up for success. If you want to build your engine give this class a try!

Our Olympic lifting program led by Coach Laura is designed to teach you the technical aspects and help you dial in your Olympic-style lifts including squats, snatches, split-jerks, and more.
OLY CLASS IS FOR YOU IF: You’re looking to improve your technique and move more efficiently during more technical movements – Oly class is for you!
If you want online programming we have you covered. You can have access to our Workout of the Day programming, as well as our Garage Fit program for $40 a month. Garage fit takes our workout of the day and removes the barbell and most equipment. It is meant for people that have a “garage gym” set up. Dumbbells, KBs, maybe a rower or bike. DASH is our specialty class for runners and cardio-junkies who are looking to build their engines, train for marathons, and other long-distance endurance events. We’ll teach you proper technique, breathing, and other tips that will help you move more efficiently on longer runs.
